Hi, thanks for stopping in. 

My name's Sam Sharp and I'm a creative who, after years of scrambling to get my work in front of the eyes of people I hoped would enjoy it, decided to set out independently. I self-published two books after I grew tired of squeezing my last few dollars to pay submission fees only to have journals decline. What I learned from those experiences is that rejection isn't always a case of the writer not being capable. Without deep diving the myriad of reasons this happens, I'll say this: With this journal, I want to lend space to creatives who write compelling stories, to artists and photographers who illicit deep emotion with their imagery regardless of their background. This is a one woman passion project, so I hope you'll be patient with me through the growing pains. With your help, I hope to curate a beautiful annual publication.
